Raven, a restless teenager, vanishes from the small Adirondack village of Goodwill. The police are baffled by her disappearance, and it falls to local newspaper reporter Alex Provetto to figure out what happened to her.
Convinced that Raven is simply a runaway, Alex initially dismisses this missing-person story as a waste of time. However, as he digs deeper, the idyllic facade of Goodwill cracks, and each lead he chases pulls him deeper into a web of danger and deceit, forcing him to question everything he thought he knew about the community.
The pursuit of the truth becomes a fight for Alex's survival. Will he unravel Goodwill's secrets before it's too late, or will he become another victim of the village's dark undercurrent?
